Originally native Floridians, Jordanne and I left our home state days after our engagement to find a new life a bit further North in Georgia. However, knowing we would be returning to Florida for our wedding, we wanted to commemorate our new home with an engagement shoot. What better way to celebrate North Georgia than on a mountain side?
When our first initial hike up Stone Mountain left us soaked (it rained by the time we reached the top),we gave it another go the following day. Determined to get a top-of-the-mountain view in our formal wear, we packed out bags with all the dress clothes we needed, a tripod, and our cameras. After a quick change at the top, we set the self-timer function on the camera, aimed, and snapped away as the sun came down.
